Welcome to Diamond Performance Horses! We specialize in training, showing, and selling pleasure prospects that compete for futurity titles in hunter under saddle and/or western pleasure and go on to become outstanding youth, amateur and open all-around horses.
Sarah Diamond has been showing, training and teaching for almost 20 years. She has trained futurity champions in western pleasure, hunter under saddle and lunge line as well as class winners in almost every event. Her students have won numerous high point honors in various venues and have gone on to train and teach as well. She specializes in training AQHA, APHA, and open show horses in a variety of events including western pleasure, hunter under saddle, equitation, horsemanship, western riding, trail, showmanship and halter.

2009 has been an outstanding year for us, full of great horses and fun people. We've enjoyed success on every front. I'd like to congratulate all of our customers on their numerous wins and accomplishment of BIG goals.

We offer a variety of horses for sale at all times. From yearling lunge line prospects to finished all-arounds, we may just have exactly what you are looking for. Please browse through the horses below and give us a call or send an email for more information. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. If you don't see what you are looking for, let us know and we will make every effort to find it for you or refer you to another seller who might.
TRAINING
Full Training - Horses are ridden 5 to 6 days per week. 1 lesson per week is included with additional lessons being charged at half the regular lesson rate Partial Training - Horses are ridden 3 times per week. 1 lesson per week is included with additional lessons being charged at half the regular lesson rate. Partial training is not offered for green horses Lunge Line Training - Available for yearlings being prepared for lunge line futurities. Horses are worked 4 to 5 times per week. Each yearling is taught to lunge and stand for the halter portion of the class as well as being conditioned physically, and desensitized to the stressors they will encounter when they begin showing. Halter Fitting - Horses are worked 6 days per week. They are specially fed, groomed, conditioned and taught to lead and stand to be prepared for halter classes. Methods used to condition include lunging and ponying. Training fees are due in advance each month. Rates below are per month per horse. Misc charges for farrier, medication, show fees, hauling, etc are billed at the end of each month and due with the next month's training fees Board is included in the training rates and to be paid with training fees, in advance on the 1st of the month, and is based upon the rates for the accommodations of your horse.
